Intro 2 Tumbling

Athletes will be introduced to the basic fundamentals of tumbling. This class is designed for athletes who have verry little to no tumbling experience. The following skills will be taught: Forward/backwards roll, handstand, cartwheel, and bridges!

Basics 2

Athletes will work on drills that include glute strength and upper shoulder flexibility so that they begin to master bridge kickovers and power driven roundoffs!

Intermediate Tumbling

Athletes will learn and master a variation of drills to increase shoulder and back flexibility to perform back and front walkovers. this class is designed for athletes who are ready to learn and or master their back and front walkovers.

Intro to BHS

Athletes will be taught drills that will begin the process of learning back handsprings. This class is designed for athletes who have mastered a back and front walkovers and are ready to learn back handsprings.

BHS Mastery

Bent arms? Slow hips? Bent legs? This class is designed to help athletes master their back handspring. Athletes will work on strengthening their back handsprings as well as other combinations such as round-off back handsprings & More

Advanced tumbling

This class will be filled with drills for athletes to learn the shapes of tucks and introduce to the process of adding tucks from their back handspring from both standing and running tumbling. Athletes will also work on specialty combo passes to add more of and edge to their tumbling skills!
